Electronic Correspondence Norms
Client communications always take priority. For non-client communications:
- For regular, non-urgent communications, please use email.
- I check email twice a day and do not have email notifications enabled.
- For urgent issues that can be immediately addressed, please call or text my cell phone.
- Messages from Slack and other channels may never receive a response.

On the second Wednesday of every month, my team observes a focus day. We do not schedule any meetings on this day to allow people to get a full day of deep work in. We also do not expect team members to respond to emails. Here is the schedule of this year’s focus days.
